Shape Disability is a not-for-profit disability service provider that is grounded in the fundamentals and works with clients to achieve individualised services and goals.
We provide services to the Perth Metropolitan Area with staff located in Beeliar, Butler, Forrestfield, Armadale and Kwinana.
With more than 27 years' experience and expertise in the disability service industry, our dedicated team of passionate staff offer empowering, personalised services to people with disability, their families and carers.

We are a registered NDIS provider. Our staff will assist you on how to utilise the NDIS funding most effectively. If you have questions regarding NDIS, NDIS funding, or NDIS eligibility, please contact your local NDIS provider Perth.
